Cooking Instructions: Stove-Top: 1. Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. 2. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently for 15 - 18 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain; season to taste. Microwave: 1. Place one cup of vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water in microwave-dish. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 - 7 minutes (Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 2 tablespoons of water and 2 more minutes cook time for each additional cup of vegetables)(Appliances vary; heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F). Do not thaw. Cook immediately. Cook vegetables thoroughly to 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) before serving. Keep remaining product frozen.
