Directions

Stove-Top: 1. Place frozen vegetables in saucepan and cover with water. 2. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain; season to taste. Microwave: 1. Place one cup of vegetables and 2 tablespoons of water in microwave-dish. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 3-5 minutes (Note: When cooking larger amounts, add an extra 2 tablespoons of water and 2 more minutes cook time for each additional cup of vegetables. Appliance vary; Heating times are approximate. For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F) or until desired tenderness. Stir once during heating. 3. Drain; season to taste. Do not thaw. Cook immediately. Cook vegetables thoroughly to 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) before serving.
