Each 3.2 oz by weight (approx. 1-1/3 cups) of this product will make one quart. Settling may result in slight variations when measuring by the scoop or cup. This package, however, does contain the net weight stated on the label and will make the quarts indicated. To make from 1 cup to the entire contents, use the following guidelines. Add instant milk to water. Stir until dissolved. Instant Nonfat Dry Milk: 1/3 cup; 7/8 cold water; 1 cup to make. 1-1/3 cups; 3-3/4 cups cold water; 1 quart to make. 2-2/3 cups; 7-1/2 cups; 2 quarts. Entire package; 7-1/2 qts; 8 quarts. For best flavor, store in a tightly sealed glass container and refrigerate overnight before serving.
