      Hearty and tender, delicate and creamy, these Alexia® red potato wedges are expertly seasoned with olive oil, parmesan, and roasted garlic to play a complementary role to any meal.

      Cooking Instructions:

      Air Fryer Prep: Preheat air fryer to 360°F. Fill air fryer basket no more than half full. Cook half bag for 13-15 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time.

      Oven Prep: Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread frozen potatoes evenly across an 11""x17"" lined baking sheet. Bake according to the chart below, turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Full Bag: 25-29 minutes. Half Bag: 15-19 minutes.

Fill air fryer basket no more than half full of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook half bag for 13-15 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. For food safety and quality keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly.
